- Download and read the Guidance.
- Register an account and create your profile. Please note it can take up to 3 working days for accounts to be approved -this may take longer during holiday periods
Step 2: Add and/or Review "Offers" & "Requests"
- Add your offer of help or request for help and wait to be contacted
- Review the offers and requests and contact an organisations if you can help or want to claim an offer
- Deliver / receive the benefit and/or support required
Step 3: Feedback on Your Experience
- Complete the feedback form in your account profile
- Your feedback is important for us to demonstrate the benefits that have been delivered for the community through the Marketplace
